SPINNING
Spinning process is an initial step to produce textile layout such as garments, fabric, home textile and so on. People used to convert fibers into yarn i.e. the spinning process by hand before a couple of decades which has now been mostly replaced by advanced technology of mechanical spinning carried in textile mills.

Divine Group has dyeing and finishing facilities. It has the latest machinery for fabric dyeing & finishing. The state-of-the-art equipment re-enforced with its intensive experience and expertise results in a clone-like uniformity of the dye house material. In dyeing section Divine group uses Fong's & Dilmenler's brand machines for high temperature and atmospheric dyeing.
In Finishing section Divine Group is using the world's latest technology of well-known brand Steenter machine from Turkey and SANTEX Ag brand machine from Switzerland.

KNITTING
Divine Group Knitting is equipped with world latest & dependable brand machinery like Fukuhama, Fukuhara, Mayer & Cie, Pailung, SHIMA SEIKI and Jey-Leh etc. Online inspections during knitting and postproduction inspections are maintained throughout the production.
Divine Group produces numerous varieties of fabrics including Single Jersey, Rib, Interlock, All kinds of drop rib, All kinds of Pique, Single Jersey & Double Jersey, Engineering Stripe, Pointer rib, Plating fabric, Waffle, Viscose fabric, Crepe, Thermal, Jersey twill and many more knitted items.

DYEING

ALL OVER PRINTING
Print Types : We offer a variety of printing techniques, including Pigment AOP on all types of printable fabrics, Reactive printing on viscose, viscose elastane, 100% cotton, cotton elastane, and CVC, as well as Disperse printing on 100% polyester and polyester elastane and acid print or 100% polyamide and polyamide-elastane fabric with no banding. Our services also include Discharge AOP on all types of dischargeable fabrics. Additionally, we handle specialty prints such as neon, metallic, burn-out, puff, glow in the dark, glitter, and semi-digital effects.

PLACEMENT PRINTING
Placement printing involves printing designs on specific, predetermined areas of a fabric or garment—such as logos, artwork, or branding elements on the chest, back, or sleeves of apparel.
Our setup includes advanced digital and screen printing machines capable of precise placement, supporting detailed designs on various fabric types with excellent clarity.

EMBROIDERY
